IV. Implemented Features
1. Archiving SAP business data to AnyShare: Realize the archival storage of important documents such as business objects, PrintList and business documents in SAP application servers through SAP Archive Gateway Service.
Main functions include:
1) Store document information from SAP system such as structured data (master data information, transaction data information, etc.), input documents (invoice information, electronic invoices, etc.), output documents (documents generated through SAP Scripts,SAP Smart Forms or SAP Adobe Forms), Prints List documents or ADK files in AnyShare.
2) SAP removes the relevant original data from the database after archiving, and the archived ADK files are stored in AnyShare in a safe and secure manner, to improve SAP system performance and user access efficiency, and to reduce the backup time of the main SAP system.
3) The security and reliability of archived documents is supported with encryption, multi-node deployment and backup.
4) Archived documents support real-time reading in SAP business system through the SAP Archive Gateway Service.
Note: SAP business data is archived to AnyShare in binary files, while reading archived files requires the valid certificate information from SAP system, which is not supported for reading archived files by other methods except SAP client.
2. Saving SAP system documents to AnyShare: Storage attachments from SAP business system to custom AnyShare business repository through SAP Archivie Gateway Service, which enables more secure storage and multi-node backup and protection of documents in SAP, makes SAP system more focused on structured data storage, improves access speed and backup efficiency of SAP.

I. Intelligent Search:Increasing Catalogue Search, for a More Accurate Document Search
1. Supporting catalogue search:Intelligent search with a new catalogue search, users can get result by selecting catalogue template and property of the catalogue after setting catalogue template and adding catalogue information. Support for intersection search of catalogue and keyword, with more accurate search result.
2. Images discovered by AI: Through the new image search algorithm "AI image recognition" to identify image feature information (such as color, action, quantity, etc.) intelligently. The images match the tags according to the feature information. Users can search for images even if they not clearly know the name or the tags of the image, just by describing the content of the image through keywords.
3. Supporting jump to Intelligent Search by clicking the tag:Support combining document tags and Intelligent Search, click on the tag to jump to Intelligent Search, and search for the tag as a keyword, which is more convenient for users.
4. Intelligent Search function optimization:
1) Results take intersection when searching tags:Improve the phenomenon of sifting through more and more search results caused by tag merging search, display documents which satisfy all tags when searching for multiple tags.
2) Search results in reverse order:The search results are listed in reverse order according to the update time, for users to quickly find the latest modified files.
3) Right-click menu function optimization:The functions in the right-click menu and [ More ] button of search results are increased, new functions as Open/Share/Copy File Link/Copy to are added on the basis of Star/Download.
II. Workflow:Approval Workflow Can be Reused
New Workflow Center in Management Console:Support managing approval workflow separately. Admin can add multiple workflow links and set different approval modes for different workflow links when creating approval workflow. This allows to create new or select existing approval workflow when start Document Domain by users.
III. Observability:AnyShare System Status Can be Monitored
OS Monitor support visualization:Deployment Console adds a new OS Monitor module to visually monitor the health of hosts, Kubernetes with MariaDB, MongoDB, and Nginx Ingress through dashboard, to achieve a clear presentation of data and improve data analysis efficiency.
IV. Realtime Antivirus: Service Performance Optimization
Realtime Antivirus Service performance is double compared with previous version, 2400+ small virus files can be scanned in 29 seconds for higher antivirus efficiency.

I. AutoSheets:Supporting Sharing Policy to Meet Security Control Needs
1. Forms support showing attached fields according to options:Form editing adds setting attached fields, supports setting attached questions of radio or drop-down options, and can show/hide attached fields according to user's filling options when filling forms, which makes data collection more flexible.
2. Support setting Workspace Policy: Admin can create Sheets Policy for User/Department/Custom Sheets Workspace, support controlling permission whether each workspace can use form function or not (User Sheet is not allowed to use forms by default), to realize the function of using forms in specified workspace.
3. Support file sharing:Support owners sharing files, folders and workspaces with users/anyone and control permissions, to meet the needs of collaborative work.
4. User Sheets Workspace sharing policy: Admin can restrict whether the User Sheet Workspace supports sharing or not to meet the strong control needs of file data privacy. If sharing with users/anyone is prohibited in User Sheet Workspace, users can upload files to the Department/Custom Sheets Workspace for sharing.
