【Optimization of Core Features】
I. Proximate Content Processing Service: Achieving Branch Site Data Processing Proximity
1. Business Pain Points: For customers with multiple branches, if they adopt the Multiple Object Storage Model (deploying AnyShare at headquarter and Storage Service at branches), data all processed at the Central Site, leading to the problems of high server pressure, network bandwidth consumption and low data processing efficiency at the Central Site.
2. Solution: Create a multi-site deployment model by deploying Proximate Content Processing Service at Branch Site to achieve direct invocation of local services when processing Branch Site data, enhancing processing efficiency while saving bandwidth for better user experience.
In multi-site deployment model:
The Deployment Consoles of Central Site and Branch Site are independent of each other and control the installation and deployment of the services separately.
Management Console of the Central Site and Branch Site is unique, to achieve unified control of general framework and policies.
Admin can customize the data storage location, and the document access portal is unified for all sites.
Note: Proximate Content Processing Service is contained with the Main Module in current version, the Branch Site needs to deploy the Main Module and Storage Service to achieve proximate processing, and the Proximate Content Processing Service will be split out separately in the future.
3. Implemented Features

² Document Set Service Proximate Process: Branch Site can obtain the proximate process function of Document Set Service (including online preview of pictures and audio/video, Office file to PDF, etc.) after deploying Proximate Content Processing Service and Storage Service, which can reduce the bandwidth resource consumption caused by remote processing and improve the efficiency of content processing.
² Cross-site Access Acceleration: Support to enable offsite cache acceleration for Document Set, when users access offsite storage or new document generated after editing for the first time, it will be fetched from the attributed storage of the document, if the file has been cached to local storage, it can be fetched from local storage directly when accessing again.
Note: For offsite store data, the first read performance may be slightly degraded.
² Document Information Index: When creating the index will download the Central Site file and index all information, but not download the file of Branch Site , only index the basic information (including file name, file size, confidentiality, path, extension, creator, modifier, etc., no tags, summary, document content information), to solve the problem of bandwidth consumption.
Note:
1) The files of Central Site and Branch Site are all indexed in Central Site in the current version, subsequent versions will achieve the file indexed in the current site after supporting Intelligent Search proximate processing.
2) In the current version, only basic information such as file name is supported searching files in the Branch Site.

II. Multiple Domain: Owners can Initiate Doc Relay
Support Owners Initiating Doc Relay:Management Console adds Doc Relay Policy, users can create relay rules in their own clients after the admin opens the Doc Relay function, allow document owners to create and initiate Doc Relay themselves based on actual business, to realize the relay of documents in different directories.
III. Realtime Antivirus: Improving document access efficiency during  antivirus process
Priority Antivirus When Opening File: Optimize the order of Realtime Antivirus processing, based on the order of file uploads prioritize antivirus processing for files opened by users , solve the problem of not being able to access instantly when users upload a large number of files and have not completed the antivirus task.
IV. High Performance Backup and Recovery: Optimize Backup Account Creation Method
Database Backup Account Creation Method Optimization: Support creating/ modifying MariaDB and MongoDB backup accounts when deploying, customers can create accounts without manually logging into the database with admin account, realizing permission control for High Performance Backup And Recovery at the account level.
V. Workflow: Integration with Desktop Clients
1. Integration to Desktop Client: With the new Workflow function in the Apps, users can check the workflow status of document or conduct workflow directly through the desktop client with the service function.
2. Experience Improvement: Optimize workflow interface of the Document Domain started by users in the Management Console,to keep consistent with the Workflow Center. Admin can directly view the approval mode and approver in the list and design page of workflow.

VI. Intelligent Search: No Limit to the Number of Catalogue Template
1. Remove the Maximum Number of Catalogue Template: No limit on the number of templates when creating Catalogue Templates in the Management Console,to meet user expansion need.
2. Time Selection Optimization: The date attribute is set to year, month, day, hour and minute during Catalogue Search, which is consistent with the date attribute in the Catalogue Template.
3. Catalogue Display Optimization: All added Catalogue Templates can be displayed directly in the file sidebar, users can browse the attribute information of each template without selection, simplifying the user's operation steps.
【Optimization of Sub-products】
I. AutoSheets
1. Support Passing Owner Permission:The system admin can delegate authorized management permission of file owners, the owner of the AutoSheets Workspace/folder/file is able to pass the owner's permission to other users by sharing with users, which facilitates the quick handover of files and meets the demand of collaborative office.
2. Sharing Permission Optimization: Support independent upload permission for folders shared with anyone, so that the shared user can only upload but not create a new copy in the folder, meeting the data security control needs in the scenario of external personnel collaboration.
3. Filter Function OptimizationDisallow users to enter formulas in areas without cells on Filter View page.
