【Optimization of Core Features】

I. High Performance Backup and Recovery ：Supporting for adapting the full containerization of AnyShare
1. High Performance Backup and Recovery support for AnyShare Family7 full containerized version. The object polymerization technology of OSS Gateway polymerizes small files in B and KB into large objects in MB for storage, reducing the times of reading massive small files and improving read/write performance. The backup performance of small files in KB can be increased from 25MB/s to 300MB/s after polymerization, enabling High Performance Backup and Recovery of massive small files in any scenarios.
Remark: High Performance Backup and Recovery is not supported in versions 7.0.1.5-7.0.2.1 as it was not adapted to full containerization, please install or upgrade to version 7.0.2.2 & later if you need High Performance Backup and Recovery.
2. High Performance Backup and Recovery scenario configuration: Both AnyShare and AnyBackup products are required.
※ AnyShare Configuration Requirements: Main Module, User Module, ECeph Storage Service, Database Service, OpenSearch Service, Content Service/Sub Product (Optional configuration)，hardware;
※ AnyBackup Configuration Requirements: Main Module, Software Module (Front-end Capacity Agent for Backup/ Back-end Capacity Agent for Backup), hardware;
※ Disaster Recovery Object Storage Configuration Requirements: AnyShare ECeph Storage Service , hardware or Microsoft Azure Blob (Provided by client).
Remark: OSS Gateway is built-in to the AnyShare Main Module and is not charged separately.
II. Read Policy：Multiple Policies for Ensuring Document Security
Supporting independent control of Access Online/Download policies：Managers can separately set Read Policy for access online and download, and manage the document types which they want users/anyone to preview or download, including Master Document and Sub Document (Watermarked), to meet the needs of data security management in more scenarios.
III. Observability：Increasing Data Report, to Achieve Visualization of Sharing Results
1. Client supports for viewing Data Report：Users can count the most visited share with anyone which initiated by themselves, and display the Top 10 data to visualize the sharing results.
2. Refinement of statistical functions for Data Report：In the Dashboard of the Management Console, the types of file/directory operations which can be counted have been added. Besides the operation statistics of Create/ Modify/ Delete/ Rename files, statistics on the number of file and directory Move/ Copy have been added to help administrators understand user behavior and analyze file usage in a more comprehensive way.
IV. Interface Improvements: Rich Client& Sync Disk being Renamed
In order to help users understand the orientation and functions of the product better, the names of the product interface have been changed as follows:
1. “Rich Client”has been renamed“Enterprise Content Portal”, which is a portal-based content management product with Docs Center, Knowledge Center, Intelligent Search and other applications for AnyShare users. It marks the transformation of AnyShare from a “Document Management System” to a “Knowledge Innovation System”.
2. “Sync Disk ”has been renamed “AnyShare Folder”, which can help users to synchronize documents between the PC and the Cloud. Thus, allowing for smoother and more efficient collaboration with other users.
V. NAS Gateway：Achieving Seamless Migration from NAS to AnyShare
1. When all data in NAS has been migrated online to AnyShare, it supports seamless migration of the back-end data storage platform from NAS to AnyShare without interrupting the business, and removing the original NAS device to achieve a migration without perception.
2. NAS Gateway supports for deployment in Alibaba Cloud.
VI. Workflow：Approval Process Controlled by Policy to Improve Approval Regularity
Document controlled by Watermark Policy during approval process: If the approval process is enabled, when users initiate a share of a file controlled by the Watermark Policy, the approver will also get a watermarked file while downloading the file, ensuring that the approval process is regulated.

【Optimization of Sub-products】

I. AutoSheets：A Variety of Sheets Workspaces to Meet Organizational Data Management Needs
1. Increase Sheets workspace：Increase My/Department/Custom Sheets Workspace, administrators can create Sheets and set owner and departmental permissions for different scenarios (only for Department Sheets). The Sheets owner can share forms to internal users and configure access Display/Read/Modify/Create/Delete permission, to enhance team collaboration while keeping form content under control.
2. Support searching and replacing: Support finding and replacing contents in sheets, with case sensitive and exact match settings to ensure the accuracy of finding and replacing results.
3. Preview feature improvement：While previewing sheets, users with read but not modify access can also filter, sort and search data which helps them to analyze data and enhance their operating experience.
II. KnowledgeCenter: Supporting Internationalization for a Wider Range of Usage Scenarios
The Knowledge Centre supports switching of system languages, including Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese/English, to meet the needs of users from multiple countries and regions.

【Performance Improvements and Fixes】

There are also many details of the experience have been optimized in this release, we expect to do better in every small detail. Specifics of the improvements include：

I. Enterprise Content Portal
1. Right-click menu optimization：The place of Domain Sync in the menu has changed. Users can find Domain Sync by clicking the [More] button in the right-click menu.
2. Prompt optimization：Optimization of the prompt for network errors and no results in intelligent search, with more precise descriptions to enhance the user experience.
3. Experience improvement：The file name display area has been added in the file list property bar by default hidden file type, to improve the visual experience.
4. Interface improvement：The selected style of Knowledge Center icon, the directory tree icon and the document path font have been adjusted for a more aesthetically pleasing presentation.
II. Mobile App
1. Experience improvement：A prompt about jumping to the client will appear while entering the Web mobile by open a Sharedlink for users through a third-party application or browser ,enabling one-click jumping. (Currently, only iOS mobile clients are supported)
2. File upload optimization：The Android supports uploading files directly to the AnyShare mobile client when selecting other apps to open the file from third-party apps such as WeChat, simplifying the file upload process.
3. Image preview optimization：The iOS supports viewing original images and thumbnails in a variety of common image formats. It supports quick image browsing in thumbnail mode to find the target file, and editing operations such as cropping and doodling of images in original image mode to improve the image preview experience.
III. Management & Deployment Console
Login experience optimization： Administrators can directly enter the Management or Deployment Console by entering their account and password without a secondary jump to the login page.
