Symptoms

AnyBackup SQL Server backup job execution failed. And under Execution Output window, you can see the errors:

Please reauthorize!

Impact

AnyBackup SQL Server database backup job execution failed.

Cause

The Microsoft SQL Server database instance is not authorized on AnyBackup Console.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, the Microsoft SQL Server database instance is required to be authorized. Please follow the steps below:

1.    Use operator to log in to AnyBackup Console, click Recourses > Client.

2.    Select SQL Server backup client, click Permission Assign, click , then click “+” to expand the data sources.

3.    Select the instance and click [Unauthorized], select one of the authentication modes and click OK to finish the authentication.

More Information
